My mission was originally to get in shape, start my road to the Boston Marathon and do so for a worthy cause. But after looking at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's video of ALL those courageous children, adults and families dealing with cancer...I NEW IT WAS NO LONGER ABOUT ME BEING A SIZE 4 ONCE MORE. It was about helping to raise funds to find a cure to rid our world of CANCER. My father died of a cancer related disease so I know what it is to be touched by the illness.
